Today, these light, swirling movements are brought to life by a modern dancer on a stage adorned with silk threads. CGTN has partnered with the mobile game Honor of Kings to present Whirling on the Silk Road, a special program for the #2026SpringFestival. Featuring dancer Li Yiran, the program showcases the Huxuan dance's signature swift, powerful and continuous whirling movements, tracing a silk-threaded path through time to revive its elegant beauty for modern audiences.
